The hardest achievement/challenge/etc. you know.

What're the most impossible achievements/challenges you have ever heard, seen or tried in any game? The challenges don't necessarily have to be mentioned in-game, for example, you could mention something like "Beating the Grim Reaper in CV1 without taking any hits, having any upgrades or subweapons."

I would say one of the most impossible sounding challenges in a game would be beating Challenge 56 in Bionic Commando: Rearmed. I can't think of anything getting even close to that, not at the moment, at least.

Beat kaizo mario world without using slowdown =) . that was a pretty big achevement . also working on beating ttfaf in gh3 .

Getting the #1 Leaderboard spot in GRAW. I've heard Final Fantasy 11 has some rough achievements too.

The hardest Achievements I've earned are the Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 Achievements. Call of Duty 3' General and Dead Rising's 7 Day Survivor Achievement's.

Beating any touhou on lunatic! of course :O or La-mulana with minimal hp and upgrades, but I haven't quite managed to do any of these, so far.
