| Is it just me or did Microsoft imply that Left 4 Dead 2 would not be coming to steam? | |

| I'm a sucker for Final Fantasy games, so I'll probably be getting that. Although the presentations for some of the games were kinda lacking. But this Natal thing looks like amazing technology... but then again it all comes down to the $$$$. | |

| The games part looked very good (especially Alan Wake...I can't wait for that to finally come out). Natal didn't impress me. The technology is pretty cool, but the implementation looks sloppy right now. No release date means they have time to make it work properly though. | |

| Alan Wake is looking amazing. It looks like what Alone in the Dark SHOULD have been. Aside from that Shadow Complex is shaping up to me and instant classic. We need more 2D Adventure games a la Metroid and Castlevania. | |

| Well i have to say microsoft's conference actually got me excited. The nintendo one was kinda slow after the announcement of super mario brothers wii, where as microsoft had great games coming out every few minutes. Crackdown 2, splinter cell convict, the new free microsoft racing game hey it may look stupid but its free, the new castlevania, halo reach, halo ODST, Left 4 dead 2, Alan wake looked pretty sick, modern warefare 2 was the game to keep your eye on this year, not to mention king of fighter XII, and Tekken 6. Lets face it this year is the year of fighting games. They must have had an agreement on that last year, like "ok this year fighting games are in... make as many good ones as you could" and they did. A lot of them were for the xbox 360 and ps3, the wii is kinda in the shadows, but hey don't cut them out for the year their still bringing tatsunoko vs capcom to the states. Wow i got off of topic there. Anyways, Microsoft also had NATAL which may have looked "Gimicky" as some viewers say, but admit it. its a whole lot more responsive than the stupid eye toy. The Ricochet looked pretty fun too. I mean until you play it you never know. Well overall i give this an 9/10 mainly because theres more games i'd play where as wii has a bit less. I don't wanna play no we cheer 2, like oh my god i totally want to play that game before i play modern warefare 2. | |
