Macs!!

Well my Radio and Television class uses macs a lot and they were trying to install Garage band back on the computers after they installed snow leopard got a error says:
"Alert: Something happened"
( NO REALLY!?!?)

Well now i saw that image on Failblog a few weeks ago and thought it was fake.. But Apparently its real! i couldn't stop laughing for 15 minutes. Wow so i'll never get a Mac now...

Yeah, because we all just HATE how Macs alert you. They should totally put that in their boxes saying "Apple will not be held responsible if alert messages appear, buy this crap at your own risk"

Well while that is a funny pop up, I don't think it should be enough for someone to not want a Mac.

Well for one they have had extreme trouble just Upgrading them from tiger to Snow leopard.... A bunch of students use those computers every day so usually there is a bunch of Crap on them but that's completely irreverent To the topic. another reason is they crash a lot... especially when trying to upgrade them... even after Formatting the computers and then trying to upgrade them they still have problems.

also isn't there a rumor going around about snow leopard being easier to hack than Windows 7.

These are all School macs (the only ones in the school, the rest of the school just uses windows XP professional). people get on them and put tons of crap on them. They went and wiped all the macs because someone went and put a bunch of porn on a few of them. And not the good kind of porn either....

one of the students also has a Personal mac book that he has extreme problems with... It takes forever to start up. He has trouble installing programs such as celtex and Final cut pro. (be in mind this is a radio and TV class, we do a lot of editing and shooting... Half of the time it comes out like crap anyway)
