I was severally disappointed that the Capcom crew were scared off by the Swine Flu "epidemic". Not to mention I saw little to none of the big titles I'm looking forward to coming into E3 (Bioshock 2, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, I Am Alive, Heavy Rain). But from what WAS there and what I DID see I was overly impressed. This year's E3 blew last year's (Hell! The last FEW years) out of the water.
I've already stating in the respected topics on here what games each company announced that really caught my eye so I wont bother going into that. Some games that weren't part of any of the conferences that surprised me. Games like Castlevania: Lord of Shadows (Narrated by the white Morgan Freeman; Patrick Stewart), A Boy and His Blob (A nice blast from the past), Quantum (Sony's kickass answer to Gears), and more sweet Batman: Arkham Asylum stuffs just to name a few.
Here's hoping E3 '10 will be ever better (see "less Cammie Dunaway")!
